This museum is dedicated to the life of Vermont's famous founding father. A member of the Green Mountain Boys, he helped capture Fort Ticonderoga during the Revolutionary War. The house is filled with colonial furniture and exhibits. Also find trails and a view of the river. The farm practices rural land use that is environmentally, economically and culturally sustainable. Today the farm maintains 400 acres of managed woodlands, along with a herd of grass-based purebred, registered brown Swiss cows and a dairy. Their milk is transformed into award-winning farmhouse cheddar cheese on property....
