Trolley conductors provide a historical, song-filled journey through Hershey. Along this entertaining ride, visitors may see such sights as the Homestead, where Milton S. Hershey was born, the Milton Hershey School, and The Hotel Hershey. A number of different tours are offered throughout the year. Stops can include Founder's Hall, focal point of the Hershey's legacy or the grand lobby of Hershey Theatre or actors relating information about Mr. Hershey or a Christmas holiday tour, complete with caroling and a visit from Santa.

January to mid-March and December, daily 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., mid-March to late May and September to October, daily 9:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., late May to August, daily 9:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. November 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Extended hours during select weekends, summer, fall and holiday periods. The official visitors center of The Hershey Company, Chocolate World opened in 1973 in response to the high demand for tours of the chocolate factory. Hershey's Chocolate World is now one of the most visited corporate visitors center in the United States.
